Yes, and it’s none other than fenugreek, which in daily terms is called ‘Methi.’ Methi is one of the most useful and medicinal herbal plants which is used in many dishes. Even its dry leaves called Kasuri Methi are used to enhance taste in many dishes. This ingredient is found in the local markets of Europe, Asia, the Middle East, the United States, and Africa.
