I am not sure "How your day treats you today". However, I can assure you, your tomorrow will be awesome. If you regret and cry at the beginning of the day, you won't reach anywhere. Daily cleanup and follow-up is a regular regime to boost your mind and balance your life. So wakeup! Set your Happy Self-Care Awareness 21 days.
How this works and where it comes from? According to the Oxford Dictionary self-care is “the practice of taking an active role in protecting one’s own well-being and happiness, in particular during periods of stress”.

Here's how you can ensure 21 days of complete self-care by doing these small things:
Day 1: Make a list of things that give you happiness.
Day 2: Connect with at least one friend or loved one.
Day 3: Practice an old hobby.
Day 4: It’s time to open the old photograph folder, rearrange and recall.
Day 5: Make a list of your choice of music/movie.
Day 6: Now it’s time to shake the body, pick an area of your home (or room), and give 20 minutes to clean it up.
Day 7: It’s your turn to make your tummy happy, cook or order your favorite food.
Day 8: Check out a new workout/yoga/meditation, even if it’s just for 15 minutes.
Day 9: Set alarm for a morning walk (20-minute walk).
Day 10: Create a vision board.
Day 11: Try from today to avoid screen time an hour before bed.
Day 12: It’s a green day. Let’s work in the garden or help someone to arrange their garden.
Day 13: Make a list of things you think are missing in life (it may give you mixed feelings).
Day 14: Read a book/blog/Journal from your childhood.
Day 15: Hang around alone, give yourself a surprise visit.
Day 16: Learn a new skill.
Day 17: Try something new in the kitchen.

Day 19: Make a checklist of health.
